Prior to forming Macfin he was a associated partner at IMAP&Treuhand Gmbh Wien, Austria as director for Slovenia and CEFTA Desk.
The experienced Mergers & Acquisition advisor for Banks, large infrastructure- und industry projects (e.g. Port, Hydro energetic, telecommunications, chemicals, banks, just to name a few) plays an important role in providing consultancy and project management skills focusing on the organizational, financial and strategic aspects.
